Project Connect is a non-profit project of the Human Services Coordinating Body of Emmet and Charlevoix Counties whose mission is "To facilitate interagency cooperation, coordination and collaboration, for the 
improvement of human services in the two county area."

 

The event is run by a Planning Committee made up of volunteers from the area who meet from October through April each year to plan and promote the event.
